Studies have proven that owning a pet is good for senior citizens. Having a pet to care for lowers blood pressure and improves mental and emotional well-being. The mission of Seniors for Pets is as broad as it needs to be to assist a needy senior to retain his best friend pet. A healthy pet is a happy pet and is less likely to be surrendered to a shelter. To maintain that help, annual vaccinations, proper diet and exercise are needed. Of course, diseases need to be addressed promptly.
¹The founders of Seniors for Pets, Inc. pay the operational expenses of the organization. Therefore 100% of donations & memberships received through the website or mail are available for use in paying service providers such as veterinarians. Your donation is completely tax deductible…Seniors for Pets, Inc. is a certified 501(c)3 charity.
